ABS Venue Hire

The Executive have agreed that the ABS meeting room be offered free of charge to members up to the end of the financial year (June 2012).  There will be a small service charge on the provision of IT, tea, coffee and food (discretionary 20 %).

Non members (from sector agencies or sector stakeholders) can also have free access but subject to providing a charitable donation of £50.

The proviso is that no one can use the room for commercial activity, that there will be preference for members and we retain the right to cancel bookings for ABS usage.

ABS is located on the edge of Bloomsbury, London just five minutes walk from Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras British Rail and underground stations. Also there are several red route buses that pass through the area.

ABS offers the following conference facilities with delicious catering options available upon request.

Board Room:

This air conditioned room is newly refurbished and boasts new ergonomic furniture which can be moved and re-assembled to suit your needs.

AV is included as is wi-fi, photocopying is free for less than 100 copies, larger runs will be charged at the current price.

The room benefits from natural daylight and can seat up to 16 delegates boardroom style.
